Shopping List for: Adult Attention Deficit

We recently put a banner up outside our store advertising Back to School aids for children with ADD and ADHD. The banner read: “Hocus Focus.” What surprised us is that we got an over whelming amount of adults asking for help with attention deficit.

I cannot help but wonder is it hard for children and adults to focus when schedules are completely filled up with activities, appointments, and many more things? This leaves no down time to rest the mind. Lifestyle and heredity can play key roles in how focused we are and how calm we are. If you feel like you cannot concentrate on one thing for more than a minute without becoming fidgety, forgetful, or hyper here are some suggestions.
