This tonic contains herbs that traditionally have been used to support healthy intestinal flora.*

Ingredients: Thuja fresh leafy tops, Spilanthes fresh flowering herb, Usnea fresh-dried tree lichen, Pau d’Arco fresh-dried inner bark, Echinacea fresh root, Calendula fresh-dried flower, Cayenne fresh-dried pepper.

Suggested Usage: Acute – Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily. Preventative maintenance to support healthy flora: Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.

Health Promoting Foods

Vegetables - sprouts, leafy greens, kale, chard, artichokes, and asparagus.
Seeds and nut butters - sesame (tahini), sunflower, almond.
Legumes - lentils, azuki, black bean, and split pea.
Fowl or meats (raised organically) - chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lamb.
Fish (ocean-caught) - wild salmon, halibut, sardines, herring, and albacore tuna.
High omega-3 eggs (poached or soft-boiled) contain DHA, Vitamin E, and B12.
Cultured foods - yogurt and kefir with acidophilus.
Healthy Oils - extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil.
Whole grains - basmati rice, wild rice, quinoa. (Lower in starch than other grains.)
Spices - Garlic, Oregano, Ginger, Chives, Cilantro, Turmeric (curry powder), Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Cinnamon.


Limit These Foods and Beverages

Baked goods containing yeast, and grains containing gluten, e.g. bread, pasta, wheat, oats, rye, and barley.
Fruits and concentrated fruit juices.
Ice cream and frozen yogurt, imitation eggs, milk and milk products (including reduced fat and nonfat).
Beverages - coffee, soft drinks, diet drinks, tap water, alcoholic drinks.
Sweeteners - barley malt, corn syrup, sugar, artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharin), and glucose.
Shellfish and farm raised fish.
Pork and pork products.


Additional Health Practices

Exercise! Yoga, Pilates, brisk walking.
Dry skin brushing with long-handled skin brush. Brush entire body before shower or bath to increase circulation, remove dead skin, and aid detoxification.
Sauna/steam detoxification.
Water: Drink at least four pints of distilled or artesian water daily.
