G. I. Gel Plus Fiber
Promotes Gastro-Intestinal Health and Better Elimination*

This is a new product that has become very popular for unpredictable elimination, a very common complaint today.* It is similar to our G. I. Gel but also includes fibers. This powdered blend contains the demulcent jelly-like herbs of Slippery Elm bark and Marshmallow root along with the soothing fibers of Flax seed and psyllium seed, to promote more regular, less dysfunctional elimination.* It is effective for both constipation and diarrhea.* Psyllium acts to soothe the inner lining of the intestines.* It works to calm and soothe tissues affected by acid indigestion.*

Ingredients: Certified organic herbs of Slippery Elm and Marshmallow, Psyllium seed, organic Flax seed, Bentonite clay, and organic Ginger root.

Warning: In general, prescription drugs should be taken one hour before or two hours after psyllium, because the absorption and effectiveness of many drugs may be reduced. In this product Psyllium is not the primary ingredient.
