Ovarian Cysts

Cysts, Fibroids, Painful Periods, Menstrual Cramping

Ovarian cysts, Type II Pap Smear, uterine fibroids, painful periods, and other female reproductive complaints respond well to natural remedies and healthy lifestyle changes. Many female disorders are thought to be hormonally driven, usually from excess estrogen and an under active thyroid. Balancing female hormones, strengthening the thyroid and adrenals, and internal cleansing are valuable alternative treatments.

In the book Women’s Herbs, Women’s Health written by Christopher Hobbs and Kathi Keville, they write: “Herbalists see fibroids and cysts as places where vital energy is stuck.” Use exercise such as yoga to strengthen the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centers of the body.
The following program has been successful for many women.

O.U.T.
Ovarian Uterine Tonic:
Promotes Healthy Reproductive and Breast Tissue*
This extra-strength tonic supports the health of reproductive tissue of the uterus and ovaries.* It contains powerful herbs that cleanse, strengthen, and stimulate circulation to mediate pain, inflammation and swellings. It increases the health of tissues in the breast, ovaries and uterus and eliminates and discourages formation of unwanted growths.* O.U.T. contains phytoestrogens and hormone balancing herbs that help to take care of the root causes of these conditions.* It effectively eases pain, tenderness, and pressure, ‘that bearing down feeling’ of painful menses.* The astringent properties of the herbs are useful for excessive bleeding during and between one’s cycle.*
Ingredients: Chaparral leaf, Pipsissewa leaf, False Unicorn root, Red Clover blossom, Licorice root, Prickly Ash bark, Cramp Bark root, Saw Palmetto berry.

Ache-Less (Formerly Pain-Less)
Promotes A Healthy Inflammation Response*
Promotes Muscle Relaxation*
This tonic has muscle relaxing properties and helps promote a healthy inflammation response.* The analgesic properties of White Willow bark contain salicin, a safe and natural source of aspirin and a good alternative to ibuprofen.* Take only when pain is present.
Ingredients:  White Willow bark, Feverfew herb, Jamaican Dogwood root bark, Black Cohosh root, Passionflower, and St. John’s Wort.
