Seattle Sun Tea

Yields: 1 Gallon
INGREDIENTS:

Red Raspberry Leaf 1 ounce
Rosehips 2 ounces
Hibiscus 2 ounces
Orange Peel 2 ounces
Lemongrass 2 ounces
Peppermint 3 ounces

TO MAKE:

Makes 12 ounces of dried herb blend. 1 ounce makes 10 cups of tea. Mix all the herbs together and fill a reusable muslin tea bag with the tea blend. Fill a gallon sized jar with water and set in sun to steep. The tea can keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
