The herbs used in this tonic have been used traditionally to alleviate and eliminate painful and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, bursitis, tendonitis, gout, joint inflammation, and injury-related inflammatory conditions. This formula is attentive to remedying root causes of conditions such as these. The principle herb in this formula, Devil’s Claw, helps reduce chronic inflammation of joints, connective and muscle tissue. The herbs in combination work to strengthen the body’s ability to eliminate uric acid, toxins, and excess fluids that accumulate in the joints and cause inflammation, along with antispasmodic properties that work to relax muscles.

Ingredients: Devil’s Claw root bark, Yucca root, Yerba Mansa root, Black Cohosh root, Wild Yam root.

Suggested Usage: Acute – Take 30 to 60 (one to two droppersful) drops in water 3 to 4 times daily. Preventative Maintenance: Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.

White Willow bark contains salicin, an effective pain reliever, which is a safe natural source of aspirin-like chemincals. Once the pain lessens, the muscle relaxant properties of the herbs help one to relax and sleep which enables the body to heal itself. This formula conatins herbs such as St. John’s Wort that feed the nervous system and relieves tension and depression that often accompany painful chronic conditions.

Ingredients: White Willow bark, Feverfew herb, Jamaican Dogwood root bark, Black Cohosh root, Passionflower herb, Butterbur root, St. John’s Wort flower.

Health Promoting Diet:

At least 40 ozs. of distilled or artesian water daily.
Fresh vegetable juices such as carrot, beet, celery, (high in calcium and minerals), and ginger (anti-inflammatory).
Whole grains such brown basmati and texmati rices, wild rice, millet, bulgur, steel-cut oats, and quinoa.
Legumes such as lentil, adzuki, black bean.
Green leafy vegetables, sea vegetables, artichokes, garlic, onions, and cabbages.
Fish such as Salmon, Red Snapper, Halibut, Tuna, Trout.
Fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, melons, berries.
Black cherry juice is excellent for gout.
Nuts and seeds such as almonds, cashews, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame.
Add Omega-3 and 6 oils (Flax and Borage seed oils) into your foods, such as smoothies, salad dressing, mashed potatoes, and grains.


Limit these Foods and Beverages:

Caffeinated food and beverages, such as coffee, black teas, and chocolate. (Caffeine stresses the adrenals. Adrenals aid in fighting inflammation).

Sugar containing foods and beverages such as soft drinks, sweets, citrus fruits, and concentrated fruit juices.
Flour products and high gluten foods such as bread, crackers, pasta, and pastries (note: flour and water make glue).
Fatty deep fried foods.
